If payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Saints Threads may engage a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
Certain countries impose withholding taxes on invoice amounts under their local laws. Any such withholding must be paid directly by the client to the tax authorities. Saints Threads will not bear any costs related to a country's legislation, and the full invoiced amount remains due in all cases.

Saints Threads undertakes to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing; however, minor variations may occur (including color representation across displays). Product availability is not guaranteed. Prices may be modified without notice.

Saints Threads cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in any claim for damages filed by an end consumer.

To be valid, any claim must be sent to Saints Threads by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of delivery of goods or provision of services.
10. Intellectual Property
